Free Initial Consultation (20 minutes)

After receiving your form, we schedule a free, no-obligation consultation call with an affiliated psychologist or the course lead to confirm program fit.

Enrollment & Onboarding

If suitable, we guide you through a simple enrollment process:

  • Complete the official registration form
  • Submit relevant reports (optional but helpful)
  • Secure online payment for the course fee
  • Receive a welcome pack (dates, materials, what to expect)

Submit Your Credentials

Complete the registration and upload:

  • Professional qualification (e.g., counseling/psychology, ATR-BC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD)
  • Licensing info (state/province; active & in good standing)
  • Resume/CV (experience with children/special needs/mental health)
  • Area of expertise (Autism, Cleft Care, Anxiety/Nomophobia)
  • Copy of valid license/certificate

Our team verifies credentials and schedules a short interview to align expectations and approach.

Onboarding & Collaboration

Once approved, we will:

  • Add your profile (with consent) to our consultant directory
  • Discuss collaboration model (e.g., hourly consultation, course instruction)
  • Provide access to course modules & proprietary materials
  • Schedule orientation to our research-backed approach
